More than software. A structured safety operating environment.

SafetyOS was built for aviation operators who need an SMS that is usable, structured, and credible. It connects reporting, review, risk scoring, corrective actions, and closure into one operational workflow — so safety data does not disappear into disconnected forms, spreadsheets, or inboxes.

"Safety systems should reflect how operators actually run their organizations."
  • Clear hazard and event reporting pathways, accessible from any device
  • Structured risk assessment workflows with automatic risk color scoring
  • Corrective action tracking with named ownership and due dates
  • Safety trend visibility over time to support management review
  • Full audit traceability from first report through closure
  • A system operators, pilots, and mechanics can actually use

Part 5 Compliance Coverage

SafetyOS supports the operational framework required under FAA Part 5 Safety Management Systems — hazard reporting, risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion — while keeping day-to-day reporting simple for crews.

Designed for the operators most systems overlook.

SafetyOS is intentionally built for the segment of the industry that has historically been underserved by aviation safety technology — operators who need a serious SMS without the weight of an enterprise airline platform.

135

Part 135 Charter Operators

On-demand and air taxi operators implementing or improving their FAA-mandated SMS. Single-aircraft operators through mid-sized fleets.

91

Part 91 & 91K Flight Departments

Corporate flight departments and fractional operations that want a structured, professional safety program without enterprise complexity.

SMS

Operators Building Safety Culture

Organizations moving from spreadsheets and manual tracking to a structured SMS that crews and safety managers will actually use in daily operations.

Best fit for organizations managing 1 to 25+ aircraft. Single-aircraft operators can deploy starting at $250/month.

A simple workflow that mirrors how SMS should function.

Every safety event moves through the same lifecycle, with clear ownership and status at every stage.

01
Report Submitted A pilot, mechanic, dispatcher, or team member submits a hazard report, fatigue report, safety concern, or operational observation through your dedicated reporting portal. Submission is fast, mobile-friendly, and can be anonymous.
02
Safety Review Your Safety Manager receives an automatic notification, reviews the report, categorizes the event, and determines the appropriate response — no action required, further analysis needed, or corrective action warranted.
03
Risk Assessment If the report requires formal analysis, the reviewer scores the event for severity and likelihood. The system calculates a risk color (Red / Yellow / Green) and automatically sets a review deadline based on that score.
04
Corrective Action If mitigation is required, a Corrective Action is created, assigned to an owner with a due date, and tracked through completion. The system monitors overdue actions and maintains a full audit trail.
05
Verification & Closure Actions are monitored until verified complete. Events are formally closed with notes. Safety data accumulates over time to support trend analysis, management reviews, and regulatory reporting.

A guided onboarding process, not a handoff.

Deploying SafetyOS is structured, personal, and straightforward. Here is what you can expect from first contact to full deployment.

Step 01

Intake

Complete the SafetyOS Deployment Intake — a brief form that captures your operation type, fleet, personnel structure, and reporting preferences. Estimated time: 10–15 minutes.

Step 02

Configuration

Volareé configures your SafetyOS environment based on your intake responses — fleet setup, user roles, reporting categories, notification routing, FRAT configuration, and dashboard layout.

Step 03

Quality Review

Before we hand over your environment, we run an internal quality checklist against every configuration point. Nothing is delivered until it meets our deployment standard.

Step 04

Admin Orientation

A 30–45 minute orientation with your designated administrator — we walk through reports, investigations, corrective actions, and how to read your safety dashboard.

Step 05

Go-Live

Your SafetyOS environment is live. Your crew receives a simple one-page Quick Start Guide. Your team begins reporting and your safety data starts accumulating.

Step 06

30-Day Check-In

Thirty days after go-live, we reconnect to review your experience, address questions, and refine your configuration based on real-world use.

Begin configuring your environment.

If you are exploring SafetyOS for your organization, complete the intake form below. This helps us understand your operation and determine the right deployment path.

Estimated completion time: 10–15 minutes

You will have a single point of contact throughout onboarding and deployment. We believe SMS implementation deserves a relationship — not a ticket queue.
